 It is available now from Cyan Worlds, Inc. and UbiSoft as a pay-for download or boxed delivery. Click on the banner above to go to the Official UbiSoft Site for your copy. WARNING the file size is a whopping 446 Mb and depending on your connection speed may take * 40 minutes over Cable or DSL * 21 HOURS over dial-up to download !! Also - with the download version, you pay for it by credit card when you've installed it to your computer. Be sure to allow your firewall protocols to accept such a download as at the point of registration and payment your computer will need to "talk" to the payment point. I didn't allow access first time round but having done this I was able to register and pay for the Add-On without problems. If you prefer, go here to order your own boxed copy direct from Amazon - but be prepared for them saying it's not available.  |

Uru: Ages Beyond Myst retail patch v1.2 Cyan Worlds and Ubi Soft have released a patch for Uru: Ages Beyond Myst, updating the game to version 1.2. Word is the patch "contains stability and performance enhancements for the entire line of ATI's Radeon Graphics boards," along with addressing a dozen other bugs as detailed in the release notes. Please click on the link above to go to Ubi Soft's download screen. Alternatively, you can also update the game by clicking the "Update" tab on the Launch screen. Release notes for the 1.2 patch Contains stability and performance enhancements for the entire line of ATI's Radeon Graphics boards. It is highly recommended for Radeon owners. I won't list the fixes as some people may consider wording about these 16 fixes could possibly be thought of as spoilers. |

Click here for the Official D'ni Font and Flamboyant Handwriting Both of these are the correct True Type Fonts and you place them inside your WINDOWS/fonts folder [Size of zip is 39K]. This site takes advantage of the Flamboyant Handwriting font so if you have it installed on your computer certain parts of this site - in particular my Uru Journal - will appear in the font! |

You need a copy of Uru: Ages Beyond Myst to be able to run and play this.
You don't need a copy of Uru: To Dni as well but it's a good idea to have played it first.
This is the point where Uru: Ages Of Myst REALLY comes of Age. New books to read, loads of new locations too. Somewhere along the way your Avatar has learned to swim - very well in fact!! Game locations are so fabulous they are almost eye-melting. The new puzzles are absolutely feindish. So much so, they will keep you joined at the hip with your computer for days. The final denouement is worth every ounce of effort you put into solving them as well as tramping miles. Again, there are loads of new clothes to collect as well as some smashing pages that beautify your Relto home. It's been a very long time coming but at last we can see where all the planning, money, coding, time and building have gone. When you finish this payable download I defy you NOT to feel at peace and harmony both with Yeesha and the many Ages Of Myst. Wonderful gaming experience...infact...Nothing short of FABULOUS. Urm....any chance of some more...Please??? |
